Aprendendo Angola Capoeira School has classes in the heart of Central London with Professor Pedro Campolina from Brazil. The group is well known for being a very friendly group, where the experienced students are always very kind with the new ones and are always happy to help!

Pedro Campolina started practicing capoeira and percussion in Belo Horizonte, Brazil in 1993. In 2004 he was graduated instructor by Mestre Pastel and started developing a group at the London School of Economics. In May 2006 Pedro and his students joined the group Marazul and Mestre Joaozinho da Figueira where they stayed untill November 2007, when Pedro decided to start his own school, Grupo de Capoeira Aprendendo Angola, supported by Mestre Pacheco Angoleiro, who awarded him the title of Professor of Capoeira Angola in April 2009 due to Pedro's commitment with the art. The objective of the group is to practice, study and research about Capoeira Angola and it's roots, rituals and traditions.

We are available for capoeira and percussion PRIVATE and GROUP CLASSES, performances and workshops to all ages and levels.
